The mission of the Saipan Young Professionals (SYP), a Committee of the Saipan Chamber of Commerce, is to inspire, network and engage young professionals to influence positive change and foster growth that will shape the future of the Marianas. In turn, SYP intends to reach out to the youth on Saipan and involve them in helping forge an identity on Saipan that is reflective of the community’s rich potential. SYP is excited to invite all high school students on Saipan to participate in a design contest to create a logo for SYP. This logo will symbolize SYP’s value in education, dedication to collaboration, and belief in a better Marian- as. SYP is excited to see the innovation and creativity that lies within the island’s talented youth. By participating in the contest, the artist accepts and agrees to comply with the Official Rules of the “SYP Logo Contest” The SYP Logo Contest is open to all high school students (grades 9 through 12) located on the island of Saipan. Students must be actively enrolled in either a public or private high school on Saipan. Participants must submit their design and completed Official Entry Form by May 18, 2015. The top five finalists will receive:1st Place: $300 and a gift package 2nd Place: $200 and a gift package 3rd Place: $100 and a gift package 4th Place: Consolation gift package 5th Place: Consolation gift package
